Shipping policy

There is currently 2 shipping options:

• Courier Handled Shipping. AUD 7.50 Flat Rate.
  
• Personal Delivery During A Pre-Organised Coffee Event. Free Delivery Option.

Courier Handled Shipping:

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours maximum from placing an order. Reliable couriers are utilised to provide seamless and trouble-free delivery. Orders are to be delivered within between 1 to 8 days from placing an order. A tracking number will be provided to the customer.

Personal Delivery During A Pre-Organised Coffee Event:

Customer will have their orders delivered for free by a COLLABREWERS representative during a pre-organised coffee event. Please note the order will be given to the customer before or after the event ONLY and not during the event time to respect the exclusivity and interests of that event, unless permitted by the event organisers. This option may also be used when a delivery is organised by COLLABREWERS and the customer besides a pre-organised coffee event, for example, meet-up at a cafe.
